(1) The Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Deans and affiliated colleges shall form the collective form of the University.

(2) There shall be designated schools in the prescribed subjects for higher education. p>

(3) The work, duties and rights of schools shall be as prescribed.

(4) Provisions regarding colleges shall be as prescribed.
