It is not allowed to throw poisonous substances inside or outside the park, any person from outside shall throw any kind of pesticide, poison or chemical substance or stick or throw poisonous substances or pour or sprinkle into the river or any other source of water flowing through the park or enter the park. It should not be done in any other way.
