: (1) Ministry of General Administration Section 72A of the Act. According to this, all the agencies of the Nepal government will be able to conduct a management test on an emergency basis.
(2) The Ministry of General Administration may also order the departments and agencies under it to conduct a management examination in accordance with sub-rule (1) and submit a report.
(3) During the management examination according to sub-rule (1) or (2), the relevant agencies of the Government of Nepal shall show the related records and documents.
(4) Section 72A of the Act. The annual report of the management test submitted to the Government of Nepal will be made public by the Ministry of General Administration and will be sent to the agency where the management test was conducted. The relevant departmental head or head of office shall be responsible for disproving the quality, suggestion or irregularity mentioned in such report.
(5) The Ministry of General Administration will send a written notice to the head of the department or the head of the office who does not report the quality, suggestion or irregularity mentioned in the report according to sub-rule (4) for a fixed period of time. The authority will take departmental action against the head of the department or the head of the office who does not disclose such quality, suggestion or irregularity within the specified period.
