Section 88
Management examination
Apart from the matters within the scope of the Public Service Commission, the Ministry of General Administration shall supervise, monitor and evaluate whether the employees working in the various agencies of the Ministry of Health have followed this Act and the rules made under this Act and other administrative rules and procedures and give instructions and during such supervision, any If it is found that departmental action should be taken against the employee, it can also recommend the same and submit the annual report to the Government of Nepal.
