(1) On the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor, the Chancellor shall appoint the Dean of the University.
(2) The Chancellor shall be a full-time officer working in the University.
(3) The term of office of the Principal will be four years.
(4) The Vice-Chancellor shall appoint one of the Deans to perform the duties of the Principal in the absence of the Principal.
(5) The principal's remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service shall be as prescribed.
(6) The Chancellor shall supervise and coordinate the academic, academic and research activities of the University.
(7) In the absence of the Vice-Chancellor, the Principal will act as the Vice-Chancellor (8) The Chancellor shall supervise the work of the academic and academic bodies of the University.
(9) The Chancellor will make a plan and program to enhance the academic and academic quality of the university.
(10) The headmaster should keep a record of the decision or order of the assembly. A copy of that decision or order should be sent to the Chancellor.
(11) Other duties, duties and rights of the Principal shall be as prescribed.
