(1) According to section 34 of the Act, while giving marks for educational qualification or training, marks will be given on the basis of the category mentioned in the certificate of educational qualification or training.
(2) In the case of unopened educational qualification, the rank determined by Tribhuvan University or other universities of Nepal or the related policy will be maintained on the basis of marks.
(3) According to the sub-rules (1) and (2) for the educational qualifications not open, marks equivalent to the second grade will be given.
(4) Second grade points will be given for the training that is not classified in the relevant certificate.
