(1) When giving points for educational qualification to the teacher, the minimum educational qualification specified for entering the service will be 15 points for the first class, 13 points for the second class and 11 points for the third class.
(2) If an academic degree above the minimum educational qualification is obtained, 5 marks will be given for the first grade, 4 marks for the second grade and 3 marks for the third grade.
(3) If a teacher has obtained more than one degree above the minimum educational qualification, only one degree chosen by the teacher will be given marks.
(4) Grade II marks will be given for unopened educational qualifications.
