Article 29
Right against exploitation

(1) Every person shall have the right against exploitation (2) No person shall be exploited in any way on the basis of religion, custom, tradition, culture, tradition or any other basis.
(3) No one shall be trafficked, enslaved or bound.
(4) No one shall be employed against his will. But it is not considered to be prohibited to make a law so that citizens can be forced into compulsory service by the state for public purposes.
(5) Acts contrary to clauses (3) and (4) shall be punishable according to law and the victim shall have the right to receive compensation from the perpetrator according to law.
