(1) Every worker shall have the right to fair labor practices. Explanation: For the purposes of this section, "employee" means a worker or a laborer who performs physical or intellectual work for an employer for wages.
(2) Every worker shall have the right to social security based on reasonable wages, facilities and contributions.
(3) Every worker shall have the right to open a trade union, participate in it and engage in collective bargaining in accordance with the law.
