(1) According to the Federal Act, a fund may be established under the name of Contingency Fund, and the amount determined in accordance with the Federal Act from time to time shall be deposited in such fund.
(2) The funds under sub-section (1) shall be under the control of the Government of Nepal and the Government of Nepal may spend from such funds for emergency purposes.
(3) The amount of expenses as per sub-section (2) shall be inquired as soon as possible in accordance with the federal law.
