10.1 Strengthening the existing bodies related to climate change.

10.2 Policy coordination of all activities related to climate change will be done by the Climate Change Council and operational coordination by the Ministry of Environment. 10.3 Establishing a climate change center as a semi-autonomous technical body for the design and implementation of climate change related programs and research. 10.4 To expand the work of existing related bodies for the implementation of policies and programs. 10.5 Forming working groups for the implementation of policies and programs.
