Rule 8
Provisions regarding approval of schools in operation
(1) A school which is operating as an institutional school at the time of commencement of the Act, within the period specified by the Act, if the school is operated in a company, the certificate registered in the company and if it is operated as an educational group, the related statute shall also be attached in the format as per Schedule-10. An application should be made before the Director General.
(2) If an application is received according to sub-rule (1), the director general will examine the documents received along with the application and give permission to the applicant to operate the school as a company or educational group in the format as per schedule-11.
