(1) The meeting of the Assembly shall normally be held twice a year. But if necessary, a special meeting of the assembly can be called. (2) The meeting of the Assembly shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Assembly. In the absence of the chairman, the meeting of the assembly will be chaired by the vice-chairman.
(3) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the meeting are present, it will be considered that the quorum for the meeting has been reached. But due to the lack of quorum, the meeting will be adjourned and reconvened if one-third of the total members of the assembly are present, then the quorum will be considered to have been reached.
(3a) The person presiding over the meeting shall certify the decision of the meeting.
(4) Other proceedings of the meeting of the assembly shall be as determined by the assembly itself.
