Section 194
Coordination Committee
(1) There will be a coordinating committee as follows to establish coordination between the agencies involved in the investigation and prosecution of cases related to offenses under Schedule-1 or Schedule-2 and to bring effectiveness in the investigation and prosecution work:-
(a) Attorney General – Chairman
(b) Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs – Member
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs – Member
(d) Inspector General of Police, Nepal Police – Member
(e) Gazetted First Class or above Public Advocate of the Office of the Attorney General designated by the Attorney General – Member Secretary
(2) The procedure of the coordination committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
