(1) If the social worker, child specialist or child psychologist mentioned in the list specified in accordance with rule 9 behaves badly or is unable to work due to lack of efficiency or if he abuses his rights or the juvenile court or child If he does not appear for three consecutive times when he is notified to sit in the court, his name can be removed from the list by the concerned district court.
(2) According to Rule 9, if any social worker, child specialist or child psychologist in the list applies to the district court to remove his name, the district court shall remove his name from the list and inform the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare.
(3) Before removing the name from the list according to sub-rule (1), the concerned district court shall give him an opportunity of hearing.
