Section 24
Can form committees, sub-committees or working teams
(1) National Executive Committee may form committees, sub-committees or working teams as needed to fulfill the objectives of Nepal Scout.
(2) The work, duties and powers of the committee, sub-committee or task force formed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the National Executive Committee.
