The functions, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Health workers, working in health institutions: To approve and implement plans and programs related to the safety of workers and health institutions,
(B) Establishing coordination between related agencies regarding the safety of health workers and health institutions (c) according to the judgment of the court, health workers, working in health institutions: compensation to the related persons from the employees and health institutions,
(d) To give suggestions to the government of Nepal regarding the policy to be adopted regarding the safety of health workers, employees working in health institutions and health institutions,
(D1) Investigating or conducting an investigation in relation to incidents that occurred in a health institution that are detrimental to the safety of health workers, employees working in a health institution, or providing assistance in research,
(e) To perform other tasks as specified.
