Rule 30
The authority to transfer
The authority to order transfer shall be to the Ministry in the case of authorized level employees and the authority in the case of assistant level employees. But the following officer can order the transfer of assistant level employees:-
(a) From the Ministry to the Department and from the Department to the Ministry by the Secretary of the Ministry,
(b) from one department under the Ministry to another by the Secretary of the Ministry,
(c) by the Director General or Director of the Department from one regional level office to another regional level office,
(d) from one district level office to another district level office by the concerned Regional Director,
(e) From one office under the same district to another office under the same district by the head of the respective office of the respective district.
