Section 20
Power of Transfer and Assignment

(1) The authority will have the right to transfer and assign the assistant level employees.
(2) The following officer shall have the authority to transfer and assign employees of authorized level:-
(a) In the case of sixth and seventh level employees, the concerned departmental director general or director in a department without the post of director general,
(b) Secretary of the Ministry in case of eighth, ninth and tenth level employees.
