Rule 39
To go to the transferred office
: Any civil servant has to go to the transferred office within the time specified in Ramanapatra. No civil servant shall be transferred to another post or office without appearing in the office to which he is transferred. In this way, departmental action will be taken against civil servants who fail to appear within the stipulated time.
