Rule 34
Transfer Procedure
The following procedure should be followed while transferring employees:-
(a) The officer authorized to transfer shall update the details as per Schedule-13 for the transfer of subordinate employees.
(b) The officer who transfers the employee from one place to another should disclose the reason for the transfer in writing.
(c) When an employee is transferred from a place, the transfer should be done only by arranging for another employee to be filled in that place.
(d) The Ministry shall make and implement the procedures and standards related to transfer subject to the Act and this regulation.
