Rule 41
Transferred Civil Servants to Submit Report
: (1) When the head of an office is transferred to another office, he shall clearly show the priority of the work performance evaluation forms, accounting, unduly paid and other details, confidential documents, status of delivery and other work to be done in the office. The statement should be prepared and submitted to the current person or, if he is not present, to the nearest senior civil servant.
(2) When a civil servant other than the head of office is transferred, he shall prepare and submit to the civil servant appointed by the head of office the remaining documents in his charge, the details of the priority of the remaining tasks to clear the office and the details of the work according to his job description. But if the details cannot be submitted on time due to circumstances beyond control, the details must be prepared and sent to the former office within seven days of appearing in the transferred office.
(3) Civil servants who do not submit reports in accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2) will be punished departmentally by the authorities.
