If there is a delay in giving such consents, approvals and notices and in taking such measures, the speedy implementation and supervision of the petroleum work may be hindered. Therefore, the department and the contractor will agree to give any requested consent, approval and notices as soon as possible and such thing will be stopped only when there is an urgent reason and the department will only prescribe the measures deemed necessary for the proper implementation and supervision of the petroleum works.
