Section 114
Protecting witnesses or victims

(1) If a person who is a witness in a case related to an offense under Schedule-1 or Schedule-2 feels that there is a danger to his safety after appearing before the court or after making a statement in the court, he may make a request to the court to arrange security.
(2) If there is a request under sub-section (1), the court may order the relevant agency to arrange for the security of such witness.
(3) If the court orders according to sub-section (2), such body shall have the duty to arrange such security.
(4) No question shall be raised in any court in relation to any matter adopted in accordance with the order made by the court to protect witnesses in accordance with this section.
(5) If a person who is a victim of a specific offense or a witness in a case informs the police that he may be subjected to undue fear or fear by the party or that his life may be adversely affected due to his presence as a witness, the police shall protect such witness or victim.
