Section 148
Procedure for Submitting Seekers
(1) According to section 145, when a court submits a petition in a case, it must also send the copy of the case.
(2) If the accused is in custody in the case submitted by the seeker according to sub-section (1), the date of his imprisonment, the name of the prison he is in and whether the accused is a fugitive or has escaped from the prison should also be submitted.
(3) Other procedures related to the hearing of the seeker will be the same as the hearing of the appeal.
