(1) The Commission shall determine the number of seats for each level and subject of universities, institutes and other educational institutions conducting educational programs related to medical education before conducting the integrated entrance examination for each academic session.
(2) For the purpose of determining the number of seats according to sub-rule (1), the committee will constitute a study team including experts.
(3) The study team formed according to sub-rule (2) shall conduct an on-site study of the relevant universities, institutes and other educational institutions and collect the details using the roster form as per Schedule-4.
(4) According to this rule, when the study team collects details, each educational institution must also collect details regarding the number of seats allocated for foreign students.
(5) Based on the details as per sub-rules (3) and (4), the study team will submit a report to the committee for determining the number of seats in universities, institutes and other educational institutions. (6) Based on the report submitted in accordance with sub-rule (5), the committee will prepare the seat allocation criteria and recommend it to the commission and the commission will approve the criteria recommended by the committee and determine the number of seats for universities, institutes and other educational institutions.
