(1) A person who wants to be a candidate in a reserved group should submit a recommendation form from the following body to prove that he/she belongs to that group:-
(a) Families of Martyrs, Families of Disappeared Persons, Families of Wounded Warriors and Persons of Conflict Affected Groups from the concerned District Administration Office,
(b) Persons with disabilities, Dalits, tribals, Khas Aryas, Madheshis, Tharu, Muslims and persons from backward areas from the respective local level,
(c) A person who has studied in a public school along with a certificate from the relevant school confirming that he has studied in a public school from the local level.
(2) In accordance with clause (b) of sub-rule (1), when submitting the recommendation of the concerned local level, a person from a backward area must prove that he/she is a permanent resident of that place at the time of application and such person must also submit a certificate of Nepalese citizenship obtained from the concerned district. .
(3) In addition to the recommendation under clauses (a) and (b) of sub-rule (1), an injured or disabled person must submit a recommendation from a registered physician along with the application that he is capable of studying the subject.
