Rule 79
Hearings and proceedings will be continued
(1) Cases tried by the Commercial Court may be heard consecutively. (2) In case of a case to be heard by the Commercial Court, if the petition filed for an interim or appropriate order cannot be completed on the specified day, the hearing shall be continued.
