6. Facilities and Concessions

6.1 In addition to the facilities and concessions provided by the Industrial Business Act, industries established with foreign investment will be provided with the following facilities - 6.1.1 15 percent income tax will be levied on interest earned on foreign loans. 6.1.2 Royalty, technical and management fees will be subject to 15 percent income tax. 6.1.3 No income tax will be levied on income earned from withdrawal. 6.1.4 In the case of income tax and other facilities and concessions, the industries established with foreign investment will also be given concessions as provided to the industries established with foreign investment under the Industrial Business Act.
