: All notices to be given by one party to the other party under this Petroleum Agreement shall be in writing. Such notice shall be sent by pre-paid airmail or telex supported by pre-paid airmail or by facsimile or by hand to the following written address or to the address specified by one party to the other party. Such notices shall be deemed to have been sent upon receipt.
