Rule 18
Posting of dismissed employees if acquitted
(1) If an employee who has been removed from service or dismissed is to be reinstated in service by the decision of the court, he must appear within one month from the date of receiving the notice. If he comes to appear in this way, the secretariat will have to make him appear and appoint him.
(2) Employees who do not appear within the time limit of sub-rule (1) will not be posted.
