Rule 33
Level increase
After this rule is introduced, Section 24D2 of the Act. When increasing the level of unranked civil servants as per sub-section (3) of the same section, the level will be increased with effect from the day after the completion of the service period. But section 18 of the Act. If there is a record of punishment according to the above, the level should be increased so that it will be applied from the day after the expiry of the period.
