: If the contractor commits any work in violation of this contract, even if the department gives him thirty (30) days to correct such work, in case of non-correction, or in case of immediate serious danger to people, property, or the environment, until such work is corrected or such situation The department may order the contractor to temporarily suspend all or some of the petroleum works or to make other necessary and appropriate arrangements as long as they remain in existence.
