Rule 3A
"B" category commercial land, to be registered in the name of the person acquiring the land

(1) "B" category commercial land, the person who earns the land to register such land in his name, Section 7A of the Act. When making an application according to this, unless there is a record of sale, cost, acknowledgment of compensation, zonal book or any other type of record that reveals that the sale is land, such record should be attached.
(2) After receiving the application according to sub-rule (1), the evidence submitted by the applicant and the application procedure, and those who are not satisfied with it, shall post a notice for public information at the concerned village development committee or ward office of the municipality, district development committee and district administration office for public information. Will have to do.
(3) If no one complains within the period of posting the notice as per sub-rule (2), if the relevant village development committee or municipality or Sandhyar finds that the land applied for registration is a vacant land, even if no evidence was submitted while making the application as per sub-rule (1). Such land should be registered in the name of the applicant.
