Rule 74
- Expert or expert opinion can be obtained
(1) If it seems necessary to take the opinion of an expert or an expert to clarify a matter of the case, if it is agreed upon after discussion with both parties, then the services of an expert or an expert deemed appropriate by the court can be taken accordingly. Shu (2) If the services of an expert or experts are taken, their service fee shall be filed by the claimant. After the case is decided, if the claimant wins, he will get the payment from the other party.
(3) If the court deems it necessary to hear other persons or evidence related to the case in addition to the witnesses of the plaintiff or defendant, such person or evidence may be heard.
