In these Regulations, unless the subject or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) “Ordinance” means the Mutual Legal Assistance Ordinance, 2069.
(b) "Investigating Officer" shall mean an officer empowered to investigate and prosecute offenses in accordance with prevailing laws.
(c) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
