Rule 119
Civil servants who are required to give information about the purchase of immovable property
If any immovable property is purchased or acquired by any other means in the name of themselves or a member of their family, they must open and submit to their office the details including the cost of such purchase or acquisition within one month of such purchase or acquisition.
