Article 127
Courts

(1) There shall be the following courts in Nepal:-
(a) The Supreme Court,
(b) the High Court, and
(c) District Court.
(2) Apart from what is written in sub-section (1), a judicial body at the local level can be established to hear the case according to the law or other bodies can be formed as needed to adopt alternative methods of dispute resolution.
