Rule 53A
Other arrangements related to study, training or study visit

(1) Information about opportunities related to study, training or study and study tour received directly from the donor organization to the agency where an official of the civil service is employed shall be provided by the relevant agency under Section 40B of the Act. It should be given to the secretariat of the committee formed according to sub-section (3). The head of the agency that does not provide such information will be recommended and sent to the relevant agency for departmental action by the committee, and the amount equal to the salary received or likely to be received by the nominated civil servant during that period will be charged from the authority authorized to nominate without giving such information.< br> (2) In connection with the implementation of projects from various donor organizations, the annual statement of scholarships received under the project agreement shall be prepared and Section 40B of the Act. The duty to be sent to the secretariat of the committee formed according to sub-section (3) of the concerned body will be. (3) The civil servant must report to the relevant office within one month from the date of completion of study, training or study visit. Civil servants who do not appear within that period will be subject to departmental punishment, except in cases where leave has been requested and approved along with a notice of voluntary resignation.
(4) If he does not appear within ninety days from the date of completion of study, training or study visit or Section 40D of the Act. In case of not serving in the civil service according to the above-mentioned confession, such civil servant shall submit the expenses incurred or received during such study, training or study visit and also the salary and allowance received during that period to the relevant office within the next three months after the expiry of the prescribed time for study and if not, it will be recovered as the government balance.< br> (5) If a civil servant who has gone on a study, training or study visit has not come to the office within the period specified in sub-rule (3) after the study, training or study visit, the name of such employee, the country of study, the period and subject of the study or training shall be disclosed for record purposes. Two copies of statements, one prepared by the end of each year's ShravanAccording to Section 40B of the Act. According to sub-section (3) of the committee, one copy shall be sent to the secretariat and the relevant agency shall keep the records updated. The responsibility of preparing and sending such details will be the responsibility of the head of the relevant agency.
(6) A civil servant who has gone on foreign study, training or study tour shall prepare a report and submit it to the relevant office within fifteen days of his appearance at the office. The information so reported will be sent to the civil library to be included in the personal file.
(7) If a civil servant is unable to submit a report within the period specified in sub-rule (6) due to circumstances beyond his control, he may submit an application to the relevant head of office for an extension of time with the basis and reason thereof, and if the application is handled in such a manner, the head of office may extend the time to submit such a report. Fifteen days can be given. Necessary action will be taken on the report received.
