Rule 95
Manner of Submitting Motion to Deny Ordinance
(1) After the chairman takes the name, the member who gives notice of the motion to reject the ordinance shall present his motion at the meeting and when the motion is presented, he may read the motion and make a statement.
(2) With the permission of the Speaker, the member who gives notice of the motion may authorize any other member to submit his motion.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), after the Speaker has taken the member's name, that member may express his desire not to present the motion.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), if the concerned member expresses his desire not to submit the proposal, such proposal shall be deemed to be withdrawn by him.
