Rule 72
Attention<br>

(1) A member may draw the attention of the concerned Minister on matters of public importance with the prior approval of the Speaker.
(2) If attention has been drawn according to sub-rule (1), the minister may, if he wishes, request time to reply immediately at the meeting or on another day.
(3) No discussion shall be held after the Minister concerned has given an answer as per sub-rule (2). But the member whose name is on the attention motion list can ask for clarification and will be answered by the Minister at the end. Such agenda shall not include the names of more than three members in one note.
(4) While calling attention according to sub-rule (1), a member may call attention only once in a meeting and not more than two times in a meeting.
(5) According to sub-rule (1), the member who wants to draw attention should give notice one day in advance.
(6) If more than two notices of attention for a day are approved by the Speaker, the two attentions to be placed on the agenda will be determined by round robin.
