Rule 94
Notice of Rejection of Ordinance
(1) A member who wishes to submit a proposal to reject the ordinance shall give such notice to the Secretary General or in his absence to the Secretary within two days of the submission of the ordinance.
(2) The reason for rejecting the ordinance should also be mentioned when giving notice in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(3) If more than one notice is received as per sub-rule (1), only one notice of the proposal shall be selected by mutual agreement or round robin.
