Rule 93
Submitting Ordinance
(1) The ordinance promulgated in accordance with Article 114 of the Constitution shall be presented by the concerned minister at the first meeting of the House convened after promulgation.
(2) When submitting an ordinance in accordance with sub-rule (1), details of the circumstances and reasons for issuing such an ordinance shall be attached.
