(1) A civil servant who has completed the age of ninety-eight years or who has completed the term of office as per Section 17 shall automatically retire from the civil service.
(2) Civil servants who have completed 30 years of service before the coming into effect of sub-section (1) and are in the civil service can continue in the civil service until they reach the age of 58 years. But in the case of civil servants whose term of office has been fixed according to section 17, it will be according to the same section.
(3) For the purpose of this section, the age of a civil servant shall be the date or year of birth indicated in the certificate of the educational institution submitted by him or the date of birth or age indicated in the certificate of citizenship or the date of birth written in the personal job description (citrol) filled by him. or from the age from which he retires first will be calculated on the basis of the age.
