(1) The committee may monitor or arrange for administrative and technical matters of universities, institutes and educational institutions conducting medical education programs.
(2) To monitor according to sub-rule (1), the committee may form a sub-committee including experts as necessary.
(3) The sub-committee or the monitor who is going to monitor shall use the monitoring tools determined by the Commission and shall submit a written report to the committee within seven days of the completion of the monitoring.
(4) Based on the report as per sub-rule (3), the committee may give necessary instructions to the concerned educational institution.
(5) It shall be the duty of the officers of the respective universities, institutes and educational institutions to follow the instructions as per sub-rule (4).
