: (1) Private, non-governmental, community hospitals or health institutions wishing to operate vaccination services shall obtain a permit as prescribed from the designated body.
(2) According to sub-section (1), a hospital or health institution that has received a license to operate vaccination services shall submit a report of the vaccination services conducted by it to the designated body or health institution on a regular basis.
