(1) If someone operates a vaccination service without obtaining a permit, the committee will stop such vaccination service and fine the person operating such vaccination service from three lakh rupees to five lakh rupees.
(2) If anyone supplies an unregistered vaccine contrary to section 13, the committee shall destroy such vaccine and fine the supplier from twenty-five thousand rupees to one lakh rupees.
(3) If someone distributes vaccine contrary to the standards prescribed under section 14, the committee will destroy such vaccine and distribute the vaccine and fine fifty thousand rupees.
(4) If any person commits any other act contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act except as mentioned in sub-section (1), (2) or (3), the committee shall fine such person from ten thousand rupees to twenty five thousand rupees.
(5) If the act punishable under sub-section (4) is committed by an employee of a government or public organization, the committee may send such employee to the relevant agency in writing to take departmental action.
