: Since it is desirable to make necessary arrangements in relation to providing quality vaccination services by developing, expanding and strengthening vaccination services to reduce the death rate of infants, children, mothers and other people by preventing, controlling, preventing or eliminating diseases through vaccination, the sub-section of Article 296 of the Constitution of Nepal (1) Legislature-Parliament has made this Act.
