Section 42
Discipline and Obedience

(1) The civil servants must follow their duties with honesty and diligence while being disciplined.
(2) A civil servant must promptly fulfill the orders given by his superiors in matters related to government work.
(3) Civil servants should show due respect to all employees above them and behave appropriately towards employees below them.
