Rule 16
Formation of the interview committee
1) Interview should be conducted within fifteen days after the date of publication of the result of the written examination, usually within one month.
(2) The recruitment committee shall form an interview committee consisting of a chairman and at least three members including skilled experts in the relevant subject from the list of experts.
(3) If the chairman of the interview committee is related to any candidate participating in the interview, such chairman of the interview committee should not sit in the interview of the advertisement. If the relationship is proved before the result is published, the marks provided by the interviewer will not be counted.
(4) Every member of the interview committee must be provided with the details of the post, the course and the candidate's personal details before the interview.
(5) In case of scoring more than 70% or less than 40% in the interview, the reason should be explained. For this reason, if fifty percent of the interview committee members give marks more than the maximum or less than the minimum, it will be considered that they have given a maximum of seventy percent and a minimum of forty percent.
(6) The merit list shall be published within fifteen days after the completion of the interview process.
